MakeMKV crashes when setting preferences

I'm running the latest version of MakeMKV on Windows7 64-bit. When I launch the program I see this message:

MakeMKV v1.8.9 win(x64-release) started
Profile parsing error: default profile missing, using builtin default

If I try and set any preferences, when I click on Apply or OK the application crashes. Any idea what the issue is?

Profile parsing error: default profile missing, using builtin default

The file default.mmcp.xml, or whatever you have configured as your default profile, is not in your program directory, usually C:\Program Files (x86)\MakeMKV .

You can try reinstalling to get it back. It's copied in as part of the install, but it is possible that something overwrote it.

Thanks. I have a Program Files directory on my D: drive which is where I had installed MakeMKV and it was causing problems. I reinstalled it on the C: drive and it's working fine now.
