I have started purchasing Blu-ray Pure Audio titles and I use MakeMKV to rip them and then convert them to FALC afterwards (I use a media centre PC).
Blu-ray Pure Audio titles contain the same track but in different 3 different formats: PCM, Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio.
When I rip these titles I spit them by chapter (1 chapter for each track) but there is no point in including all 3 audio streams.
Some discs have 50 tracks (The Rolling Stones - GRRR! for example) and as far as I can tell I need to manually go through and deselect the formats I am not interested in which is very time consuming.
Is there an easy way to automatically select only certain streams (eg PCM only)?

Yes, you can change what is selected by default, and even can transcode to flac on the fly. You can't split titles by chapter (yet).
