Not AACS, but common failure to read. There are parts of the disk that the drive cannot correctly decode.

Most likely causes are scratches or dirt on the disk, although it is possible that there is a problem with the drive (not as likely, but possible).

I keep Pledge furniture polish and a soft cotton cloth handy to clean and wax disks when things like this happen, especially if anyone else has handled it. Most of the time, it takes care of the problem.

Sometimes, I have to use a different drive; slight differences in how a laser is aligned can make a large difference in reading disks that are marginal. Scratched DVDs often work better in a DVD drive than a BD drive, because of the color of the laser used.
