Failed - Penn & Teller BS season 2

MakeMKV crashes on all the the Peen & Teller BS Season 2 disc. I'm using 1.4.12 on a windows 7 64bit.
I'm running AnyDVD in the background, I've also tried it with out AnyDVD.
Here is the log dump:

Anyone have this problem or know how to solve it.

Yes, that is the whole log. In fact I cleared the log and did it again to make sure.
I have had no problems with Season 1 or Season 3, but I could never get season 2 to work.
MakeMKV would also crash each time, so maybe that's why the log is short. Don't Know

I would ask you to send IFO files from all 3 discs to support@makemkv.com . Please compress them with archiver of your choice.
