Escape Plan (2013)

Does anyone know which .mpls to rip? There are so many to choose from. Thanks in advance.

I am going to go with 496. Using the latest version 1.8.8 it lists this as the PRIMARY TITLE. I guess this is a new feature in 1.8.8 to get past just this situation. Maybe Mike can elaborate on this. For now I will rip this title and report back when I have a chance to watch the film..

I have another question regarding this this movie. I tried to rip the movie, but I am getting the following errors. It also failed to play in WinDVD Pro 2011, which no other bluray has had issues before.

I just watched 496. Seemed in order except just before 42 minutes it "replays" the last 30 seconds or so. Is anyone else seeing this?

Never mind. Seems that a bluray player software I had installed on the pc was causing the problem. It's solved. Now just figuring out the correct file.

Yeah I got a repeat as well. Didn't notice the time but it was the scene where the warden questions Arnold about the location of his former boss...

Guess we need to keep looking. I'm currently trying to find the exact run time online since I don't have an actual player to throw this disc in.. hence the need for MakeMKV in the first place! lol

I experienced the same skip. Good enough imo, lol. :o Would be nice to have the correct one though.

My Sony bluray player reports 1:55:35 as the runtime.

00578.mpls and 00679.mpls are the only run times that match (1:55:35).

Yes that is a new feature that was supposed to detect the right title. Apparently it done it wrongly.

Well thanks for the try, I am sure you will get it corrected eventually. Luckily I have not come across many discs that use this tactic. Escape Plan and Now You See Me are the only 2 in recent memory that I personally have had to play with...
