title issue

I have been using makemkv for a while now with success in what I wanted but now have a problem I need help with. I have been loading a dvd and going through the process of ripping the dvd all the dvd`s I have done so far show a number of titles. 1 title shows all the chapters merged as 1 which is what I want except for this 1 dvd that shows all the chapters which I don't want

I am translating it is giving you everything but the main title? Sanity check if possible try on a different drive. What is the output of the log? Also if you can what is the output of dvdbackup -I ?
