DVD Forced Subs

Not looked in a while but has this been added yet?

It's the only thing keeping my from starting to rip my DVDs. I don't want to include subs by default in all my rips as it will require me to turn them off each time I watch a film that I don't need subs for.

Unless anyone knows of a subtitle reader that will know which films have foreign language speaking and turn them on?

Yes i've seen that, but it specifically mentions blu-ray but not standard DVD???
