Mode Extension, Commentary????
I just ripped The Transporter and one of the tracks came up in MediaInfo with this new tag 'Mode Extension' 'C' (Commentary). I've never seen that before! Is it new? Where does this information come and how reliable is it?

Probably the audio bitstream. As reliable as the person who set the flag when encoding the audio track before authoring the DVD or BD.
