33 HOURS to rip a single DVD?!?!?

Post by OliverTwist » Fri Dec 13, 2013 4:59 pm

I'm trying to burn a couple of shorts 40-60 minute episodes of the Danny Kaye Show from the Christmas with Danny Kaye DVD... elapsed time is 1hr 35min. so far with 33:30:-- remaining.

This is flooding the log file:

I had a similar problem.

I tried using different versions of MakeMKV, because none of them were (in my case) supporting LPCM audio... Nothing really made any change. For a while the files did come out as playable, but the audio was choppy. The new 1.8.8 doesn't rip them at all, of course (known bug).

Anyway, I'm attaching my log. It's a bit jumpy, as there's another session - and another unsuccessful attempt to rip a LCPM encoded (audio: PCM_S16BE) DVD. If anyone has any suggestions, I would be terribly grateful!

Edit: "Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached." ....I will upload it here:
