Last king of scottland and new BD+

It looks like MakeMKV generic BD+ svq is disabled in all discs that were released after february 2010. The only known disc so far is a "Last king of scottland". We are analysing the dumps and will post updated SVQ as it will be available.

Turned out to be a false alarm. MakeMKV generic key continues to work as expected. If this title doesn't work for you, you know why by yourself already. The end.
