MakeMKV creating two folders with the same name?

Hi, I'm running into some issues With MakeMKV on Windows 8, I don't know if it's Windows 8 that's the problem or MakeMKV.

The issue is that sometimes when I rip a movie I get two folders with the same name, and when I try to do anything with the folders I get a message saying "Item Not Found".

Anyone else experiencing this issue?
