Unrecovered Read Error

What is "Unrecovered Read Error" resulting in title not saved? 2 other titles from same DVD saved successfully.

It generally means that the drive could not read part of the disk. Usually, this is due to scratches or dirt, so cleaning the disk is the first step.

Unlike dedicated DVD players, ripping software does not accept and skip over bad areas, because you're trying to get an EXACT copy of the data.
