Olympus has fallen subtitles problem

Cannot get the forced subtitles to work. I tried 3 different ways and still cannot get just the forced subtitles to work. Any ideas?

MultiMakeMKV: MakeMKV batch processing (Win)
MultiShrink: DVD Shrink batch processing

On my copy I found the subtitles were not flagged as forced, it was just a separate track. The second or third English track IIRC.
