I've really benefited from using MakeMKV. In fact, I normally use it on Linux, so it's been free, but with the new beta key not posted yet, I finally decided it's been valuable enough to me that I'd pay for it. That's emboldened me to mention a feature I think would be a real benefit.
Sometimes when I look at BluRay disc, there are multiple "main feature" titles. The differences are often just a few scenes where there's text if a different language (e.g., the opening credits). I can see in MakeMKV the differences in which .mpls files/segments comprise each title, but that really doesn't help me. Currently I have to rip at least one title, maybe more, and hunt around and see if I can find the differences.
I think it would be a real benefit if I could specifically play/stream/extract (take your pick) the content matching the .mpls files/segments that are different , so that I can compare them directly, and decide which title I want to extract.

You are really requesting a feature called "preview". This is in the works.

At first glance, I think this won't take too much resources to be developed but I could be wrong. Any time frame on this though please?
