make an mvc 3d mkv from iso 3d bd thank you

hello i have read many many many topic on the net to understand where im wrong.
i want to rip The Croods 3d BD iSO.
i have tick mpeg4 mvc 3d but finaly when i want to read the movie i have a 2d movie
iv try with stereoscopic player configured as 3d vison screen and top bottom .
(i have a pc connected on hdmi with acer h5360bd dlp 3d) (3dtv play nvidia activated)
i have launch the movie with power dvd 13, nothing ...
i have also set manualy the 3d format from the projector (menu,top bot)
iv try 720p 60hz and 1080p 24hz nothing....

one thing i have noticied
in make mkv
i have 3 titeld
1)the croods 3d - 2chapters 2.7gb
2)the croods 3d - 32 chapter 38.3gb (the main i must ripp , i know)
3)the croods 3d - 2chapters 1.6gb

number 1) and 3) are not trailers because when i rip them its sequence of the main movie....

do you think its a new protecion ?
what i do wrong ? need a codec ??

last question.
i have seen some team release a custom mvc iso?
how they make that a custom mvc ??

That's MVC all right. Probably something to do with how MVC in MKV is implemented (for all we know MediaInfo wasn't even updated to support parsing it properly).

For your info

Cyberlink does not support the 3D MVC in a MKV file.

I have opened an official ticket to try solving the issue but Cyberlink does not want to find a solution.

The latest email received by Cyberlink reports that :

the problem must be resolved by MATROSKA.org.

It's true that matroska.org is really quite incomplete, AFAICT - not sure where the rest of coded-specific specs should be found, to be honest.
