ISO to MKV failed (do not bring audio track)

Hello, guys. I got a 10 movies collection in ISO format (which are all played ok, with audio, in my multi-player) but, when converted in MakeMKV 1.8.4 for Mac, only one had his MKV with audio track. The others, converted by the same way, had their MKVs without audio track. Help me, please? Thank you!

Next to no info in your post. No debugging logs, no information on the source material, no information on the player software.

Reminds me of the story about Microsoft Windows for Cars. Big blue light on dash that says, "GENERAL CAR FAULT". Could mean you were out of gas, left the keys on your dresser, or sneezed at the wrong time.
