Feature Request: Option to delete or not to delete.

I know that most of the time when people's rips fail that they don't care for the output. But sometime something is better than nothing. Having had a few rips at 99% I could careless if I mess the ending credits or if the some of the family are
missing from a personal DVD.

It would be nice rather than having the failed rip automatically deleted to either have user input on the decision, or at least
rename the file to something, like a prefix of "failed-".
