This happens on two different drives (a Samsung BD-R and LG BD-RW).

This segment of video plays correctly on my home BD player (Sony).

No errors in MakeMKV log.

First of all let's rule out the data corruption. Can you please make a full disc backup with MakeMKV, and see if any hashcheck errors show up.
