How do I pass-through uncompressed PCM

I can pass through DTS, AC3 and DTS-HD with no issues, but how I pass through:

1) Uncompressed PCM (currently using Auto-passthrough option it's encoding it to AC-3)

2) True-HD

I thought the default was to copy as is for LPCM and Dolby TrueHD.

I currently convert LPCM to FLAC, but copy TrueHD as is.
