Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:NO SEEK COMPLETE' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00040.m2ts' at offset '16565286912'

This says MakeMKV issued a command to seek to a position on the BD, and the drive reported back that it couldn't find it.

Possible causes include a dirty or damaged disk, a poorly mastered disk (errors pressed in at manufacturing), or bad drive. First thing to try is cleaning the disk.

In cases like this, the "files" will have considerable overlap in content. That is, the majority of the movie is on the disk only once, but certain scenes will change from version to version. If the error is only in one of those "extra" scenes, you could get one complete movie.... Or, you could get nothing, because it is in a spot that is common to all versions.
