I have a platinum Zappiti and Dune HD player, it does not work, the firmware does not support the 3D MKV MVC, I hope Dune make a firmware update, why not SBS for your software?
thank you very much

Because MakeMKV doesn't not have video decoders, nor video encoders. To go from MVC to SBS requires re-encoding.

And most importantly because SBS conversion lowers the quality.

This is a known fact, all Dune 3D owners hope for an update, which certainly the Zappiti people have indicated will come ..... but Dune time is often very different from other peoples
In the meantime only mede8er support 3D MVC MKV.

My guess is that an update is needed from Sigma, since AFAICT all Sigma-based, MVC-capable devices still won't support MVC in MKV (or at least, will play it in 2D, e.g. PCH A-400).
