Is there anything on the level of the CDDB for Blu-Ray discs? e.g. something that would allow software like MakeMKV to do a quick search online through a disc structure "fingerprint" and get details like track and title names?

The closest you could come to such a thing is the AVS BDInfo Database.

Which is unfortunately title-based and not disk-based, which makes it essentially useless.

Well, if someone wants to step up, build a database from user contributions and then sell it to Gracenote, then I'm all for it.
