Blu Ray keeps getting same fail message

I keep getting this same fail message. Is there anyway around this or something I can try to convert the blu ray?

This is not a MakeMKV issue.

Your drive can't read the disc.

2 options:

1. Your disc is bad, damaged, poorly manufactured or dirty - swap it for a new one.
2. Your drive is failing - buy a new one.
