I've been trying to rip Transformers Prime -Season One and have run into trouble on Disc 3. It seems one of the episodes is not getting detected by Makemkv.
Here's what it's detecting:
MakeMKV v1.8.3 win(x64-release) started
Debug logging enabled, log will be saved as ****MakeMKV_log.txt
Using direct disc access mode
File 01000.mpls was added as title #0
File 01000.mpls(1) was added as title #1
File 01000.mpls(2) was added as title #2
Title 01001.mpls is equal to title 01000.mpls and was skipped
Title 01002.mpls is equal to title 01000.mpls(1) and was skipped
File 01003.mpls was added as title #3
File 01004.mpls was added as title #4
File 01005.mpls was added as title #5
File 01006.mpls was added as title #6
Title #01008.mpls has length of 26 seconds which is less than minimum title length of 120 seconds and was therefore skipped
Title #01010.mpls(1) has length of 24 seconds which is less than minimum title length of 120 seconds and was therefore skipped
Title #00007.m2ts has length of 26 seconds which is less than minimum title length of 120 seconds and was therefore skipped
Title #00008.m2ts has length of 18 seconds which is less than minimum title length of 120 seconds and was therefore skipped
Title #00009.m2ts has length of 17 seconds which is less than minimum title length of 120 seconds and was therefore skipped
Title #00010.m2ts has length of 7 seconds which is less than minimum title length of 120 seconds and was therefore skipped
Operation successfully completed
The disc contains 7 episodes, but the titles Makemkv is reporting are:
Title #0: Episode 1
Title #1: Episode 2
Title #2: All of the episodes crammed together in one title
Title #3: Episode 3
Title #4: Episode 4
Title #5: Episode 5
Title #6: Episode 6
As you can see, Episode 7 is missing. Using Anydvd and Mediaplayer to explore the disc, I can see the episode under files 01007.mpls and 00006.mpls, and can watch it with no problems. Makemkv isn't mentioning these files at all, however. I've tried reading the disc many times, with the same result. Is there any way I can force Makemkv to see these files?

I don't know if there is a good solution, but you may have to rip the all episodes playlist, and then use mkvtoolnix to cut the last episode to get it.
