Program crashes

Hi, I'm only using the trial version. I just started using this program so I'm not too familiar with it but I have backed up a few other BDs to my hard drive successfully with MakeMKV.

When I try to rip this blu-ray, the process starts and then a few seconds later I get a Windows error saying the program crashed.

The disc is brand new and it's a 3D blu-ray. I don't know if the 3D is the cause. But thanks if you can help.
