While the custom title options is available in Expert mode the output file still won't be saved under the name entered. Regular spaces are replaced with underlines ("_") and the suffix "..._t00" (tnn) is always added to the file name. There could be an option for this that I just never found, but if not, could this be fixed so that the output file is saved with a file name exactly as it's typed into the Name box? It's not too useful when a custom file name will have to be re-edited again after saving the mkv file.

The Name box is for the in-file metadata. You need to set the name in the "File Name" box (the label is a pop-up button which lets you select various entries).
