Registration or a new version? Neither seem to work

I absolutely love MakeMKV, I use it for all my DVD/BD needs on my Mac.

It sometimes pops up and says this version is too old or that to continue using it I need a registration key.

At the moment the version I have downloaded is the latest, and I don't have a registration key - I wasn't aware you could get one.

Please help me resolve this as I can't use MakeMKV otherwise

I have exactly the same issue (using XP). How can I get a key?

Good software though..... shame it has stopped working.
