Purchased Key couple months ago and now my registration key

I paid $50.00 a couple months ago for the lifetime use of this product - went to backup a movie today and all of a sudden it doesnt show me with a key and I no longer hav the email with the key from when I purchased it. What can I do?

email support from the email address you purchased it with.
