Hi,
I'm using MakeMKV to rip a few TV show Blu-Ray DVDs that are directly from the shop. Ripping normal DVDs is just fine, but the Blu-Ray doesn't seem to work. It just says, "The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted." I read a few other topics on this problem, but the fixes didn't seem to work, or they were for older versions of MakeMKV.
I'm using it on a Mac OS X 10.8 and here's is a screenshot of what I end up with:
Am I doing something wrong, missing a step, or is there some way to fix this? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Re: MakeMKV 1.8 Volume Key unknown
Please try in following order:
1. quit MakeMKV, insert disc, wait for it to appear in finder, start MakeMKV
2. If (1) does not work, install DASPI, and see if MakeMKV will start working.
3. Enable debug messages in makeMKV preferences. Try (1) again, with DASPI installed. If still does not work, copy the log from bottom pane as text and post here.

Hi, just checking back in to say that I didn't change anything, or any settings, and it randomly decided to start working. Thanks for the suggestions though - I'll use them if I run into further problems.
