Am having issues with this disk. Load the disk and ask makemkv to read the title list.
I get the following debug log (Note - I get that FAILURE: Code 0 prior to reading disk for every disk I use it on - they nearly all work so I've been ignoring that):

At this point the Opening DVD disc progress bar stops and the two estimated times start to increase. After a long while I get this:

Not sure what code 2 is - is there an overview of what the different FAILURE: Code x numbers mean?
