Using direct disc access mode

Failed to decode audio/video data for title #1 - invalid mux or internal error, title skipped.
Failed to open disc

The disc I am trying to convert to a mkv file is "The Original Three Tenors Concert". I was able to get a successful file using Freemake Conversion. However, I prefer MakeMKV. To date I have successfully converted about 50 DVDs without any problems.
