Only working on parts of DVD--Clone Wars Season 2 Disc 1

First time using this program...this and Handbrake are only working on 2 of 4 episodes of Clone Wars DVD. Getting following code...ideas? I am a newbie!

MakeMKV v1.7.10 darwin(x86-release) started
Optical drive "DVD+R-DL MATSHITA DVD-R UJ-875 DB09" opened in DASPI v1.3 mode.

The drive can't read the disc.

Your drive manufacturer is notorious for making poor quality drives, so it could be that. Or the disc could be damage/dirty/poorly pressed.

Try swapping it for a new one. If that doesn't work, I'd consider buying a nice quality external drive for your laptop.
