The Italian Job error

Tried 4 times to convert errors each time.

Am I doing something incorrectly?

There is a part of the disk that your drive cannot read. This could be because of a scratch, dirt, or a bad disk. If you had your minimum time set smaller, you'd probably find other titles on the disk have problems, too. Try cleaning the disk.

Personally, I clean disks with Pledge furniture polish. It doesn't "just" clean the disk. The wax portion fills in small scratches, and can make a disk (at least temporarily) readable.
