Monty Python's Flying Circus - The Complete Boxset (UK PAL 8 DVD Set by Sony Pictures from 2008 - B001EY5VNC)

Apart from Series 1 Disc 1 I have been unable to convert this set to MKV direct from the discs which are brand new and undamaged.

I have attached a zip file with a log file for each disc in the set for Series 1-4

I have the same box set with the exact same issues - disc 1 series 1 rips fine, all others fail. I compared the OP's debug logs with a log I took for one disk and they are basically the same - do you need a second set of debug reports or is this OP log files enough to address?

I tried this with 1.7.9 and 1.7.10 both on Linux with same failure results.
