Error Importing One Title from Kavanagh QC Set - Region 2

I am getting errors when importing a set of Kavanagh, QC discs. The discs are Region 2, and the second episode on Series 4 Disc 2 fails. I actually got the set replaced, and have the same problem on the same title. I've imported the rest of the set with no problem, and have another Region 2 set that I've imported in its entirety without errors. I have an external DVD drive that is set to Region 2 at all times just for this purpose, and it was used for all the other importing. I have a Pioneer DVD player here that plays both Region 1 and 2 discs, and it seemed to play the episode okay.
