Not sure what you are trying to accomplish - DVD players, in general, cannot handle MKV files, but most newer digital media players support them.
You would have to use a program that will convert an MKV back into the files the DVD player is expecting, and write that to a disk.
MakeMKV isn't intended for duplicating DVDs.
