For some reason my Boxset says their is 4 episodes on this disc, yet when it scans the titles there is only 3 showing in the menu. It does say that there are other titles being skipped because they are the same.
Is there anything that can be done about this?

Today I thought I would try it again, and low and behold got the 4 episodes to show up. It saved 2 of the 4 I asked it to save, and failed with read errors on the other 2.
So I ejected the disc and tried again, and saved them one at a time and was able to get them saved.
From my observation I am not sure this is a problem with the application, or it is a combination of the disc in question and the application, either way I ended up being able to get the episodes.
One other thing that I did notice when doing the other seasons was that some discs failed on the episodes, with read errors, but doing them one at a time seemed to grab the episodes fine.
Just wanted to let people know, in case someone else has similar experiences.
