It either crashes during initial load and says must close or says 0 titles saved. Thanks for the help!

How to train your dragon fails
Re: How to train your dragon fails
First off, I have this very title, (USA release) and it ripped without any problems, so here are a few questions for you to answer.
Can you rip most other Blu-rays without any problems? If you are having problems with other disks, then your blu-ray drive, (small chance) may be at fault, (failing.) If not, then is this the only blu-ray that is giving you problems? If yes, then it can only be a few things that are preventing you from ripping this blu-ray.
First, are you running MakeMKV 1.7.6? If not, update.
Is the optical side of the disk completely clean, no finger prints, foggy residue left on the surface, in other words totally clean. If yes, then the disk is probably defective. I've run into a handful of blu-rays, that would play fine in my set-top player for my TV but will not read in the blu-ray drive of my computer. I just took those disk back to were I purchased them and had them replaced.

Re: How to train your dragon fails
Thanks for the response.
Yes on 1.7.6
I have ripped many recently without any previous failures.
I don't see any physical problem.
If it isn't related to the title, then I guess I will need to try another disc.
Thanks.
