MakeMKV to slow, 104h for one BD

Hi guys.
I got MAC OS ML GM and I have one external samsung BD player.
When I try to ripp Cars MakeMKV tells me that it 'll take 104h =S
The movie file at the BD is only 24GB this most bee something wrong or what?

I got Macbook pro late 2011.
2,4GHz Intel Core i5.
8GB DDR3 ram 1333mhz
Force 3 SSD disc

Now it says it shod take 11h , reading speed 0,7x but my reader is 6x so whats wrong?

Could it be riplock? I recently bought the Samsung SE506AB USB drive. It claims to be 6X read spread but, I get about 2X consistently while ripping BR's.

Granted it doesn't take nearly as long as yours does but does take longer (about an hour). Your drives riplock may be even slower then mine is. Just a thought?
