unable to open Act Of Valor

unable to open Act Of Valor

I get an fatal error when attempting to open Act Of Valor..

I have attached the log..
something kinda weird when it closes.. the process is still running.. I have to kill the process..

Open MakeMKV.

Insert the disc.

Click the "backup" option from the toolbar.

Select to decrypt the backup.

Does that process complete?

You did not click the "backup" option if you are getting the list of titles.

Re-read my instructions again, at no point are you clicking the big button.

If it is easier for you, you can insert the disc and click File -> Backup

this looks like it is working.. Will this output a MKV though? Or will i need to encode later?

It'll create a copy of the disc on your drive, which you can then open by clicking File -> Open Files, then navigating to the index file inside the BDMV folder which it will create when the process is finished.

The goal is to see if that also crashes in the same way it does when you try and open the disc directly.

cool Ill let you know.. If it doesn't crash does that mean it is a controller issue with my computer?

I was able to open it after it ripped to the HDD..
