The Pacific - Disc 6

For some reason I keep getting a "Failed to open disc" error for Disc 6 of The Pacific. I have been able to use all other 5 discs but disc 6 is the only one having trouble. I've tried to clean the disc multiple times with no success. It still works in a bluray player just fine. Thoughts?

Try each of the two sequences:

1)Open MakeMKV then load the disc

2) Load the disc then open MakeMKV

BTW - I had no trouble using MakeMKV with this disc...

Ok, tried both and still didn't work. Restarted, still didn't work. I just upgraded to the new version and tried both ways and I'm still getting the error.
