fatal error occured

I have tried several times to rip Casino Royale DVD but get Fatal Error Occured and then it shuts down. I have tried the disc two drives but the same thing happens.
What could I try to enable a sucessful rip?

Did you setup the SQV file? That should help.

SVQ file was set up and used for a blue-ray disc that would not work. I have reinstalled the program and it is the only disc that crashes makemkv. On the box it has a doulble disc symble saying this disc is copy protected. Is there a tweek I can download?
