In the beginning, this line is repeated over and over in the log:
Later, it gets a _ton_ of lines that look similar to this:001001:0020 DBG ASSERT: C.57u4=vnKq]RTYp Ivc)_(+:y3*4,@$wNcV; at %rgH\ohZ(zgO:OxFg\2C:213130835
The disc plays just fine in a player, but makemkv obviously can't handle it. I even tried ripping the disc with DVDFab and then using makemkv on that, and all that gains is speed (presumably due to reading from the HD rather than the Blu-ray). It fails in exactly the same way. So, clearly makemkv has an issue of some kind with the data on the disc, and given that I can play it just fine in a player, I have to suspect that it's makemkv with the issue rather than the disc - or at minimum, it's far pickier than the player.tp=ZeNr7/5+BbGBW2LzKPUBQloGB8QEDQ0sDq2Kzv+BEoAQjZwCQYGPkZGBp4DvMZF2j0QDkM85j4GMQiHOUYky6n3Lz3v//978yZK4yneWb8n/zhJxrN08sYAiYE86w7qWOetnrFQwMzAwME87286v1N2j2TWH9aNpkW3+Ja9+PFrfz2j4vf+5kYAIAGJUvkg==

I've attached the log. I was using the latest makemkv (1.7.4), and this was on Arch Linux, 64-bit.
