Hi, I have submitted the dump of Toy Story 5 4k UHD MKB20_v82_Toy_Story_5_865A.tgz

You need to download and configure the public key database file. The public keydb is a community driven project which MakeMKV can utilise as an alternative key source.

You can download the keydb from here: http://fvonline-db.bplaced.net/ (Direct link).

After the download has finished, you'll have a file named keydb_eng.zip. Extract/decompress this zip file and you'll get the keydb.cfg file.

If you do not unzip the downloaded zip file MakeMKV will not be able to use it. MakeMKV will not try to parse the keydb_eng.zip file. It will only read the extracted keydb.cfg

Finally, you'll need to copy the extracted keydb.cfg into the MakeMKV data directory. The default locations for each platform are:
Windows: C:\Users\<Your Username>\.MakeMKV\
Linux: /home/<Your Username>/.MakeMKV/
macOS: /Users/<Your Username>/.MakeMKV/ (I might be wrong about this one)

If you are using a custom MakeMKV data directory you will need to place the extracted keydb.cfg into your chosen directory.

Using the public keydb with MakeMKV is certainly possible but not required. MakeMKV has a built-in mechanism called hashed keys that is similar to, but different than the public keyDB.
