Hello,
When starting Makemkv and inserting a Bluray ISO the program gives an error that i am using AnyDVD on my computer.
After ignoring the error the conversion ends also up in an error.
I don't have AnyDVD on my computer but had it. Completely removed it and used ccleaner afterwards. Also no reg-entries for Anydvd.
I do use DVDfab.
Anybody have a clue?

Hi!
Try using your original, commercial Blu-ray disc as your source (Instead of using the .ISO that you previously made from your original, commercial Blu-ray disc

Hi,
sorry but I'm not able to use the original Bluray disc.
In the mean time I read about kind of the same problem on this forum.
Even if the ISO was ripped with Anydvd, Makemkv can't use it anymore.
So, actually Makemkv is an useless program.....

Then you'll need to purchase another copy, assuming yours is damaged. Please note that MakeMKV is not for ripping titles you don't legally own so don't even begin to ask for help here if that's the case.Lasco70 wrote:sorry but I'm not able to use the original Bluray disc.
No, you're 100% wrong. I've ripped several hundred ISOs with MakeMKV that I initially created with AnyDVD and have never had a problem with any of them. I could have pulled the Blu-rays out of storage but it was quicker to just use my ISOs. There was a particular version, or versions, of AnyDVD in the past that caused this problem and that's why MakeMKV gives you the warning, but it has no problems with AnyDVD-created images other than with files created with those particular versions.Lasco70 wrote:In the mean time I read about kind of the same problem on this forum.
