Saw 4k discs issue

I got saw II III and IV 4k disks from amazon usa. But none of them are detected in my lg bluray drive on my windows 10 pc. what to do?

The standard advice is to gently clean the discs and try again.

Sometimes my optical drives behave better after they've been powered off and back on again. You might try that as well.
