MakeMKV integration with MPC-BE

Does MakeMKV integration work with Media Player Classic BE (MPC-BE)? I have set it up before with VLC and MPC-HC, but have not succeeded with MPC-BE. In the integration settings the general "System" checkboxes do not accomplish this.

there's little point (IMO) for that sort of integration. As it doesn't support menus, there's little value for on the fly decryption of a physical disc vs just creating an mkv.

To play a disc and detect playlists and streams on discs with fake playlists.

are you sure you were using it with mpc-hc? From my understanding (perhaps incorrectly) it just replaces libbd+ and libaacs and does nothing directly about identifying fake playlists in the vlc context. But as I said perhaps I'm wrong.

I may have tried MPC-HC with MakeMKV integration for disc playback and not succeeded with usable playback, then switched to VLC using MakeMKV integration. (This was a few years ago.)

The idea is to play a physical blu-ray with menus, use menus to play the feature and various other components, and detect the .mpls playlists and .m2ts streams that are read from the disc.

mpc doesn't have menu support at all from what I remember (but perhaps I'm wrong). makemkv doesn't give it menu support.
