I apologize that I don't know the process. I also need Power Ballad, probably wouldn't help to submit the dump again... Will there be an update on this thread once it has been updated?

Mine turned out to be an issue with my version. Once I updated to the newest makemkv, it worked.

The regular links for download were not working, so I had to search around to find it.
