MKV Container

I often see mention of the MakeMKV container but have no idea how to access the container. Where is the container located?

The obvious answer is... Where did you tell MakeMKV to put it?

If you are using the MakeMKV GUI, there is a box where you put the FILE PATH to save the ripped files to. You can change where it defaults to in the configuration menu, or you can put an arbitrary path in at the time you run it.

The "container" is the file generated. Its internal structure (or "format") is what makes it an "MKV container".
