Thanks for the submissions. Both discs have been added to the public keydb.

Hey Raegan, thanks for following the submission template but unfortunately LibreDrive wasn't properly activated when creating that disc dump file. If you can power down your drive completely and try that disc again, we should be good to go with a newly created disc dump file.

If MakeMKV can actually open your disc after power cycling the drive, please create a protected backup and post a link to the discatt.dat/discattd.dat file to this thread so that your disc can be added to the public keydb.

Just to be clear, there is no need to reflash or modify the firmware on your drive in any way. Your current BU40N 1.03MK firmware is perfectly fine. Your drive encountered a transient error that resulted in the volatile LibreDrive microcode being ineffective and that is why the disc dump is incomplete.
Public KeyDB Disc Submissions
  • Please use file hosts, not forum attachments
  • You must include the MKB_RO.inf file from the AACS folder on your disc
  • Place the extracted keydb.cfg file in the same directory as your disc dump files

Thanks for the submission ShootTheCore. Your disc has also been added to the keydb. Because the media key was already known to the public keydb, you could've processed the disc dump yourself with SamuriHL's KeyDB Assistant. Please give it a try with any future disc dump files and if the disc remains unsupported you can always submit it to this thread.
I did try use KeyDB Assistant at the time to synchronize the KeyDB file and validate the disc, but it wasn't able to do anything with the Spaceballs UHD. It just told me that it couldn't decrypt the AACS data.

Everything works fine now though with the latest KeyDB - thank you! :D

Sorry about that ShootTheCore. I think I may have misunderstood how the KeyDB Assistant tool processes partial disc dump files. Glad to hear you are all good now.

No it should have worked. If there was an MK available it should have been able to calculate the UK. The only exception would be the VID. I’m sure you know what I mean by that.
